The laundry service was quick. My items returned just as requested (i even noticed small repairs to my jacket!). The team members, especially Raju, were kind and attentive. They were always checking in on me and asked if i needed anything else.
The shower in my room had inconsistent water flow. the temperature fluctuated a lot. The floor became very slippery when wet and lacked any grab handles (this was quite a concern).
