The concierge service was excellent. I appreciated the quick assistance with directions and recommendations for local restaurants. The rooms were clean. They were also well kept. I liked the Executive King Room I stayed in. It had modern decor.

I stayed for four nights. the staff was very attentive. my housekeeper somdutt was really good. He ensured everything was in place after rushed mornings. i came back to find towel swans fashioned into a heart on the bed, such a fantastic surprise.
The check-in was not smooth. I was told i needed to pay extra despite having booked and paid in advance. this issue was eventually resolved after some back and forth, but it was a frustrating start.

The laundry service was quick. My items returned just as requested (i even noticed small repairs to my jacket!). The team members, especially Raju, were kind and attentive. They were always checking in on me and asked if i needed anything else.
The shower in my room had inconsistent water flow. the temperature fluctuated a lot. The floor became very slippery when wet and lacked any grab handles (this was quite a concern).
